Sixty years on this planet and a degree in astronomy (University of Padova, Italy) to gain the tools to look far, and try to understand the vastness of the cosmos. Rationality and imagination to overcome anthropic prejudices.
This small window opens onto the immensity, and seeks fellow admirers of Nature with whom to share queries, passion, and wonder.
Anaxagoras and Giordano Bruno will join us in conversations with Einstein, Kant, and many others to explore the reality and knowability of Nature, of the knowable world.
The topics are divided into Categories. Specific references can be accessed using Tags.
I also share knowledge for those who only have basic skills but are curious to learn something new (see Tag “For laymen”, or, even easier, “For newbies”). It’s a kind of challenge, for everyone.
Why in English? To reach a wider audience. But some works are written in Italian (and it is indicated in the logo of the PDF file).
Most posts include a difficulty rating based on the required mathematical or scientific background; “very hard” posts may prove challenging even for university graduates.
